Problem Description:
The following map fatal error has been seen for a
specific case:

FATAL_ERROR:x4kma:x4kmamerge.c:2858:1.145.12.11 - Too many signals to move and n
ot enough slots on comp PCV_CNTL/LCD_BLANKING/$L4/subtracter/carry0 (755).
Process will terminate.  Please call Xilinx support.

A patch has been made available for this issue.

This problem is fixed in the latest M1.4 Core Tools Update
available on the Xilinx Download Area:
