General Description:
The XC9536 does not have local feedback paths like the other XC9500
devices.
Solution 1:
Page 3-20 of the 9/96 Xilinx Data Book indicates that the 16-bit
counter frequency, Fcnt, is 125Mhz. Since the XC9536 does not
have local feedback, the maximum frequency for a 16-bit counter in
an XC9536 is actually Fsystem, which is 100Mhz.
This is corrected in the latest databook as well as on the website.
