Xchecker gives Error 264 when downloading a .bit file but not any other file format (.tek, .mcs, ...
).

Solution 2:
If Xchecker cannot find the partlist.xct file in the current
directory or in the \xact\data directory then xchecker will
report Error 264.
Put a copy of the partlist.xct in the same directory as
xchecker.exe.
