FPGA Configuration: Express Mode requires CRC disabled or INIT will go LOW.
Problem Description:
XC5200 Express Mode does not support CRC checking. If CRC
checking is not disabled in MakeBits, INIT will go LOW,
causing interruption of configuration.
Solution 1:
Hence, disable CRC checking with the '-f CRC:Disable' option in
MakeBits. This will ensure that INIT will stay HIGH throughout
configuration.
