Solution 1:
The error message is due to incorrect entries for the BG225
package in the xilinx.pga.pin file. This data files is
located in the 97A directory,
$CDS/share/library/xilinx/data
The workaround is to copy the corrected xilinx.pga.pin file
from the M1.3 release, located in $XILINX/cadence/data, to
$CDS/share/libarary/xilinx/data.
