XC5200: 5206- Incorrect pinouts for any parts with daycode earlier than 9620
Problem Description:
Urgency: HOT
The pins 100 and 101 for the 5206HQ340 package were
interchanged after the daycode 9620. Using parts that have a
daycode earlier than 9620 with the pinouts in the databook will
cause a short on the board between Vcc and GND.
Solution 1:
Xilinx will replace the parts. Call the local sales reps.
