General Description:
The command line program, CONCEPT2XIL, is the Cadence Concept
EDIF netlister. The CONCEPT2XIL program converts the Verilog file
produced by Concept to an EDIF file, used as input to the Xilinx
core implementation tools.
Cadence Design Systems ships and supports CONCEPT2XIL.
Solution 1:
The latest version adds support for the 4000X family. The patch is
contained in 2 files.

These 2 files should then be copied to and extracted in your
Cadence install directory. The netlister will get installed to
$CDS_INST_DIR/tools/pic/picdesigner/bin
Add this directory to your path variable in your system environment.
