Problem Description:

General Description:
If you upon invoking the JTAG Programmer try to
connect to the cable through the Output -> Cable Setup menu, you will
get a popup with an error message saying " Communications with the cable
could not be established."
Solution 1:
Exit the JTAG Programmer. Re-invoke it and do Output -> Cable Autoconnect.
It is the only known way to connect to the cable with the M1.3 software.
If you try to change the cable type during a session, the JTAG Programmer
will not be able to connect to the cable. In fact it will break the
already existing connection.
