M1.5: Constraints Editor: Pressing F1 gives message that help file is out of date.
Problem Description:
Urgency: Standard
General Description: In the lower left corner of CE it says "For help, press F1".
But, if you do that, you get an error message that says "The topic does not exist.
Contact your application vendor for an updated Help file. (129)."
Solution 1:
The help file must be accessed from the Help menu.
The next software release will enable F1 to open the help menu.
