M1.5: Constraint editor: UCF files that contain 'EXCEPT' causes Dr. Watson error or program
crash
Problem Description:
Urgency: standard
General Description: When UCF files use the keyword 'EXCEPT' to create
TIMEGRPs Constraint Editor will crash.
Solution 1:
The only workaround is to comment out the line using 'EXCEPT' and then
read them into Constraints Editor.
This issue will be resolved in 1.5 patch.
