Problem Title:
M1.5 Constraints Editor crashes when loading if clock signals are connected to
bi-directional pads.
Problem Description:
Urgency: Standard
General Description: If the design has a signal which is
connected to a bi-directional pad and a bufg/bugls/bufgp
it will cause Constraints Editor to crash.
Solution 1:
The user must create the constraints manually and not
use the Constraints Editor.
This issue will be resolved in the next release.
