General Description:
Both the M1.5 Service Pack and the M1.5i (Performance Pack)
install a file that causes the PROM File Formatter to
incorrectly generate PROM files for the SpartanXL devices. A
common symptom is the done pin will not go high.
Solution 1:
The current workaround is to download Service Pack 1 for 1.5i.
This problem was fixed in this release of the software. For Service
Pack 1 please refer to the following website:
