Problem Description:
Urgency : Standard
General Description : 4000XLA devices will now support express mode configuration. The current revi
sion of the XLA data sheet does not contain mode pin configuration or timing information for this mo
de yet.
Solution 1:
In order to configure the FPGA in Express Mode, the mode pins
should be set to 010 (M2,M1,M0). Timing information should be
availabe in the next revision of the the data sheet.
