Problem Description:
INTERNAL_ERROR:baspl:basplbscore.c:614:1.21 - attempting to provisionally place multiplecomps in the
same site.
This error is known to occur in the high density placer (4085xl and larger) on some designs that hav
e PULLUPs on TBUF nets.
Solution 1:
The work around is to LOC (or remove) the PULLUPs.
A fix is scheduled for version 2.1i due to begin shipping in June.
