General Description:
The 2.1i version of COREGEN may take a while to start up when invoked
for the very first time.
Solution 1:
The CORE Generator's startup process may take somewhat longer the very
first time it is invoked on a machine than in subsequent sessions because the
application must scan the directories of installed Cores and build a listing file
for the installed modules.
When running only with the set of Cores bundled into the 2.1i release,
total startup time should not exceed roughly about 2 minutes on a 100MHz PC.
