2.1i: Constraints Editor: PULLUP/PULLDOWN constraints from the NGD file are not displayed.
Problem Description:
Urgency: Standard
General Description:
There is a PULLUP on the output net of a design (ngd file). If this
PULLUP constraint is not in the ucf, then it is not displayed in the
Constraints Editor window. If this constraint is in the ucf then it's
displayed.
Solution 1:
Having the constraint in either the ngd file or the ucf will get
the same accomplishments, but it may or may not shows up
in the Constraints Editor. It is recommended to use the ucf,
so that it show up and it can be easily modified.
This will be fixed in a future release or service pack.
