FROM/THRU/TO dialog
Problem Description:
Urgency: Standard
General Description:
The constraints editor creates an explicit constraint even though the
relative radio button is selected.
Solution 1:
To make a timespec relative to another timespec, manually
modify the ucf file and run back through Constraints Editor
or through the implemenation flow.
This will be fixed in a future release of the software.
