Problem Description:
General Descriptions:
When Trace/Timing Analyzer is running a ncd and pcf for a large device,
with or without constraints, the following error may occur:
ERROR:basut:162 - This Xilinx application has run out of memory or has
encountered a memory conflict.
Solution 1:
The work around is to increase the available system/swap memory or
the amount of RAM. A fix will be available in a future release.
