When running a Report of Paths not Covered by Timing
Constraints in Timing Analyzer or Unconstrained Path
Report on the command line with 'TRCE -u', the report
has the Timing Constraints first, then the Unconstrained
Path Analysis
Also, the paths that should be covered by OFFSET constraints
will show up in both the constrained and unconstrained section
of the report
Solution 1:
The Unconstrained Report will be changing in a future release
to not have all of the paths for the constrained paths.
The unconstrained paths will be shown under the keyword
'UNCONSTRAINTED'.
The paths are indeed listed in the OFFSET spec, but they
are also duplicated in the Unconstrained section.
