2.1i Spartan2 PAR - Spartan2 placer may crash when placing routed hard macros.
Problem Description:
A case has been seen where the 2.1i Spartan2 placer crashes due to the
presence of a routed hard macro in the design.
Solution 1:
This problem will be fixed in the next release (as yet unnamed) after version 2.1i.
Meanwhile, the problem can be worked around by removing routing information
from Spartan2 Hard Macros.
