General Description:
When CORE Generator v2.1i starts up on Windows, it pops up a DOS
window which remains on the desktop.
Solution 1:
To prevent the window from displaying in the foreground, you can
do the following:
Click on the Windows "Start" button at the bottom left corner of your
Windows desktop and select:
Start-> Settings-> Taskbar & Start Menu-> Start Menu Programs-> Advanced
Find the folder named "All Users" under Winnt\Profiles and select:
Start Menus-> Programs-> Xilinx Alliance Series 2.1i C.16-> Accessories->
Coregen
Click your third mouse button on the Coregen icon, select "Properties", and
set the field marked "Run" to "Minimized". This will cause the DOS window
to appear on your Windows taskbar when CORE Generator starts up instead
of appearing on the Windows desktop in "Maximized" form.
