General Description: For schematic designs, the device list contains
certain speed grades that are not available: The 9536XV contains a
-3 speed grade.
Solution 1:
Even though the 9536XV -3 speed grade is selectable as a device target, it
is not currently available for purchase and can not be used for implementing
designs.
