General Description:
In the CORE Generator GUI the only supported families for the Xilinx FFT cores
first shipped in C_IP4 are Virtex and Virtex-E.
Since Spartan-II is a similar architecture, one might assume that Spartan-II should
be supported as well.
Solution 1:
In actuality, the Spartan-II family of FPGAs is really is not supported by the C_IP4 FFTs
because there none of the parts in this family are large enough for these cores.
