This training will teach the basic features of the Foundation Schematic
Editor: entering symbols, wires, and busses, adding hierarchy, and making
pin assignments.
Objectives

- Create a hierarchical design with schematic-based and HDL-based components.
- Make pin assignments.
- Create a netlist for implementation.
