Data loaded backwards.

Check to see if the data is backwards by capturing the first two bytes of the Header on the Data pins. If the configuration data is being byte-swapped in the wrong direction then <0100 1111> instead of <1111 0010> would be observed on D0..D7. The D0 is actually the MSB; therefore, in the example byte <1111 0010> the '1' from the nibble <0010> should be on the D6 pin.
