Decision not to Manufacture
Summary:
Although Xilinx initial product roadmaps indicated that the XC4028XLA
and the XC4036XLA (in various speed and temperature grades) would be made
available in the HQ304 package, the decision has now been made not to release
this product-package combination to manufacturing. Technical considerations
do not make the manufacture of these combinations feasible.
Customer Options:
Customers should consider utilizing the XC4044XLA in the HQ304 package
for applications requiring the higher pin count of the HQ304. If you are
already considering designs utilizing the XC4028XLA or the XC4036XLA in
the HQ304 package, please contact your Xilinx sales representative for
