Overview

ZBT or NoBL is a high-speed synchronous pipeline SRAM, designed to eliminate latency between read and write data bus operations. This maximizes bus bandwidth and data throughput which optimizes system performance.

The ZBT/NoBL synchronous SRAM architecture was optimized for networking and telecommunications applications. ZBT/NoBL applications include test equipment, DSP applications, embedded memory, secondary cache and other such high-speed memory applications.
