You may have a need to create extra vertical space at certain places in your output. For example, a workbook could allow extra space for writing in answers to questions or exercises. The easiest way to create extra white space is to insert a literallayout
element and add as many blank lines as you need to it. When formatted, the blank lines inside a literallayout
are preserved, so you will get as much extra space as you need.
