The enclosed mail from Steve Schulz bounced from the dcwg
reflector because a spam filter incorrectly matched a couple
of keywords in his mail.

I encourage people to take a look at the web pages Steve
mentions. Two particularly relevant pages are

We'll need to work with the SLDL group to resolve
the overlaps between their work and ours.
