Mark,
I received the pdf file. It looks very good. Also, I liked the summary
of the (charter, objectives and deliverables).
I have seen emails going on constraints and syetem level activities.
Before the system level activities started, I asked Steve to include constraints
as part of the OVI activities. However, there is still room and cooperation. The
system group can define the dictionary for system level and provide it as an
extenion to the DC effort. Let us propose that to the system group part of the
VSIA.
I will not be able to attend the conference call, since I will be
travelling to San Jose.
