DC-WG: adding members to mail list?

Steve,
I am adding some members to the dasc reflector. Majordomo asks
for approval with a password. What password to I use? I can't give
it the one time password each time, can I?
Also, is there a way to do this for a list of names efficiently? I have
about 40 names to enter and one at a time is painful.
