Mark - I agree. Tho I am planning to attend and currently acting
as the 'bridge' between SLDL and DCWG on requirements/constraints,
this would be a good time to have some face-to-face activity
and bring in direct participation with people in Europe.

Jean/Mark - I plan to hold at least an constraints/requirements
capture/information working group meeting as part of the overall
SLDL Laussane, SW, activities and would be most glad have turn
into a joint SLDL/DCWG constraints meeting.

I think the above is an excellent idea as well by way of having
a well-coordinated joint activity on constraints.
