It is our hope that SDC can meet the needs of the SLDL, at least
at the RTL level. After you see the description of SDC, please let
us know if this is the case. Again, thank you for your

If I read the Overview at the given web site correctly, it is not at
all clear whether members of the joint committee will need to pay the
$95,000 fee in order to obtain the license. Can you clarify this?
Obviously, this is a rather large thing to ask of the members.....
