While there is a chance that our current 'fire drill' level activity may again
preclude my being on the telecon Tuesday, attached is a RTF file listing just
the semantic definitions that are included in the draft of the parasitic
boundary conditions I posted earlier (you should be able to find that .doc file
down on www.eda.org/dcwg). They were developed with the help of Greg Schulte.

Hopefully though I can be on and walk through them, and get some comments to
help refine them.
