[$ieee-1850] information request for IEEE 1850 PSL roster

Members of the IEEE 1850 PSL working group,

The IEEE requires that we maintain a roster of participants in the working group, which must be forwarded to the IEEE administrative offices periodically. For each participant, the roster requires address, phone numbers, and IEEE membership information. The IEEE also would like to know whether you would like to receive IEEE-SA standards development information, presumably to help you understand the process and be more effective as a participant. (Note that much of this information is available on the web - e.g., see the links on the ieee-1850 web page.)
