[$ieee-1850] IEEE 1850 PSL LRM Draft Available--and Mar 1 meeting canceled

Dear IEEE-1850 working group members,

We have decided to cancel this week's Tuesday March 1, 2005 PSL Working 
Group and LRM Subcommittee meetings.  We would like the working group 
members to start the review process for the first draft of the IEEE 
1850 PSL LRM, which is now available at:

The file is password protected, and I will send out the password to all 
active committee members in a separate email.

The draft has updated all proposed changes for Clauses 1-8 that were 
identified in:

	http://www.eda.org/ieee-1850/ieee-1850-lrm/hm/0026.html

Note that I started work on Annix A, but didn't complete it.  
Furthermore, I haven't added Dana's new Annix B formal semantics 
description yet.

Please review the draft and gently provide me with corrections and 
comments.  I would like to incorporate corrections and comments into 
the second draft prior to our next working group meeting on March 8.
