Revised analysis of IR2006

Folks,

Attached is a revised analysis of IR2006, incorporating and extending our
discussion of configuration of extended if-generates and case-generates.
I've suggested a way in which alternative configuration details can be
supplied for the alternatives in the generate statements. This may serve as
a starting point for a more detailed analysis within the VHDL200x Modeling &
Productivity group.
