Folks, I agree that this is out of our scope. There is a problem, that the P1076.6 WG is now dormant, but that is the DASC's problem, not ours. I'd suggest we forward the issue as a request for interpretation to the DASC in its capacity as sponsor of the standard. Hopefully that will help prevent it from falling into a black hole.
