RE: ISAC another new iR

Folks,

This one is already on the VHDL-200x books, as FT17, deferred to
VHDL-200x-MP (modeling & productivity).  The data types and abstractions
(DTA) list also has a more general form of the request lists (abstract
interfaces).

I'd suggest we forward this to the VHDL-200x SC as a formality, to reinforce
the request for enhancement.
