Peter,
For the VHPI I loaded their file into excel, added the responses, and uploaded it to their site. I found excel to be a poor editor so I started with a text file and pasted them into excel. At the time it was an relatively easy process.

Best,
Jim

Subject: Preparing ballot responses for P1076

Folks,

I'm about to prepare draft ballot responses for the P1076 ballot. FYI, the
IEEE standards website has information on the process at:

http://standards.ieee.org/guides/companion/part2.html#resolution

http://standards.ieee.org/guides/companion/annexb-c.html#top

If you have a moment, might be worth looking at this so we all know what the
IEEE's expectations are.

Cheers,

PA
