Subject: Axis Common Transaction Interface (CTI) Donation

I have just forwarded our (CTI) interface donation document
to Brian Bailey and Vassilios Gerousis. This is a 85 page
document detailing the transaction calls that interface to
simulators, accelerators and emulators.
We tried to clean up the documentation as much as possible and
tried to simplify the calls. However, we do understand that
some calls may be more complex than needs to be. Thus we
want to work through the committee on how to enhance the
current SCE-API to interface not only with emulators but
communicate with simulators and perhaps make a generic
standard transaction interface. (SystemC is kicking off a similiar
effort and we should monitor their activities closely).
Thus after DAC, we like to revisit our workshop proposal and
go out to educate the model developers and others in order to
obtain their feedback on standarizing the transaction inferface.
