Web and document update

I have updated the web site with most of the latest issue status and have incorporated some of them into the document. Incorporated so far are IM1,2,3,5.1,5.4,5.5,5.6,10 and 20. The document can be downloaded from a link under the issues table. I will get more wrapped in as and when the email trail indicates that they are ready. I will also try and get the assignments list out soon.
