Matt,

I started taking a look at the Cadence proposal.

It seems to contain a great deal of the existing standard, essentially
unchanged. It also appears to contain new wording in old sections as
well as proposed new functionality. It will be extremely difficult
and time consuming for us to review a document of this size without any
change bars. Could you please send out a copy with some sort of
change bars indicating where your proposal differs from the existing
standard?

     Quite a few folks have already said that they have problems with
this Thursday as well, so I think we aught to push it back one week. As
of yet, I have not heard of anyone with difficulties for next week, but
if you do, then please let me know as soon as possible.

In addition, Matt has just sent me the draft proposal from Cadence. It
is up on the web site at the bottom of the Issues page.
