Brian,

I am wondering if it would help if I set a conference number to call through the Cadence MeetingPlace facility. It does not require any moderator access code and people who dial in (knowing the meeting ID code) can engage in a conversation. This would prevent canceling the meeting if the moderator couldn't dial in on time due to a delay or an emergency.
