Hi Shabtay,
Thanks for the offer. The only problem I see here is how to tell the
entire group about this without giving the ID code to the world so that they
could use it for their own purposes. The Accellera policies state that we
must make the meetings accessible to anyone. However, if we continue to have
problems with a forgetful moderator, then I think it is perhaps more
important to get the work done, that to be picky about the rules. Do you
have any suggestions about how to prevent misuse of the capability?
Thanks
Brian

Brian,
I am wondering if it would help if I set a conference number to call through
the Cadence MeetingPlace facility. It does not require any moderator access
code and people who dial in (knowing the meeting ID code) can engage in a
conversation. This would prevent canceling the meeting if the moderator
couldn't dial in on time due to a delay or an emergency.
Please let me know,
Thanks,
Shabtay
