Meeting this Thursday

        Hi Everyone,
            The draft version of the 1.1 spec is up on the web site and I
believe ready to go to the Accellera board for their approval. There have
been the two changes made in the document since our last meeting, so we will
review those changes.
        Also, anyone wishing to start for the posts of chair or co-chair for
the group going forward should send an email out to the reflector by
tomorrow so that this can be discussed in our meeting.
        
        The main topic for this meeting will be to review the requirements
for the SCE-MI going forward and also at this time to re-open a discussion
about other areas that we should be tackling in the future, such as the
application layer, debug and control etc. I would like to keep the
discussion at the conceptual level for this meeting such that we can provide
back to the Interfaces task force exactly what we see as our roadmap as an
independent body and also what requirements we may want to place on other
bodies if there is a re-organization in the future.
