RE: Minutes from meeting today

Brian, All,

Here are my thoughts about some key issues impeding on transactor
portability and common use model that I suggest adding to Duaine's
document covering our high level goals and objectives. 

There are few topics that have not been considered yet and others where
I share my point of view on topics already discussed.
