updated goals presentation

ITC Colleagues,
Here is the revised version of the goals presentation along with a
summary of changes.
I'm hoping this is small enough to send through the reflector.
 
The changes on slides 13 reflect the input from Zaiq and Cadence at the
last meeting.
Changes on slide 14 reflect Shabtay's note as well as Axis' discussion
of the need for some sort of compliance testing and assurance which was
discussed at the last meeting.   
The new version of slide 15 reflects our discussion of Cadence's input
on specific requirements for model reusability and migration both from
simulation to acceleration and the reverse direction.
Slide 16 is unchanged because we have not yet come to a consensus on
this work.
Slide 17 outlines work items which fall in the "debug" bucket.
Slide 18 is a placeholder reflecting Shabtay's note that the "other"
bucket from his document may be empty.
Slide 19 reflects the groups decision that a compliance suite is the
right way to address compliance.
Slide 20 uses Matt's contribution as a starting point to summarize the
main points of the previous slides.
