Slide 18 is a placeholder reflecting Shabtay's note that the "other"
bucket from his document may be empty.

[Shabtay] To put this comment in context, I presented a need for easy to
use HVL native API support via encapsulations on top of SCE-MI software
API (not to replace the language-neutral API). This layer can also
address other topics I raised under the "Other" section in my write-up
such as providing native HVL blocking and non-blocking interfaces and
supporting common view of time between hardware and software sides (as
in simulation).  The above will be further elaborated in slide 11 of the
Cadence proposal.  It is up to us as a group to determine if we should
address this requirement in a separate "other bucket" or as an extension
of our interface activity. The later will keep the "other" bucket empty
while the earlier may fill it up with content.

 

We could further discuss this as we review the proposals.
