In the minutes:

"Are value returns an extra function call in terms of recursion or is this a
necessary part of the blocking call. General agreement that the return
communications is needed independent of the return value because it releases
the blocking nature of the call"


I don't agree that return communication is needed for a void exported
function call. This is analogous to a SCEMI 1.1 Send() to an InputPort().
Why is return communication needed?
